Ritesh Daga

Ritesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 16 years of experience. In the past has held senior-level positions with various corporates and his area of expertise includes business model restructuring, devising go-to-market strategies, and equity & debt fundraising, among other things. He is very passionate about the Indian stock market and is a co-founder of a SEBI-approved Research Analyst firm.
Maneesh K Singh

Maneesh is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”) and has over 33 years of experience in public accounting and management consultancy. He worked with the management consultancy division of the Indian arm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu prior to setting uphis CA Firm. His area of expertise is foreign investment, joint ventures, and handholding for start-ups.
Archana Pathak Dave

Archana is a practicing advocate on record in the Supreme Court and has over 20 years of practicing experience in the Supreme Court and High Court. Her law practice has dealt with several significant cases including constitutional law, company law, arbitration, trademark laws, land acquisition cases, tenancy and rent cases, service laws, family law, property matters, international agreements, municipal law cases, criminal and civil cases, and many more.
Sunder Hemrajani

Sunder is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Sunder Hemrajani has over 35 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and General Management functions in leading companies like Hindustan Unilever, Whirlpool, PepsiCo, Reliance Capital, and Times. He retired as Managing Director of Times Innovative Media Ltd., a subsidiary of Bennett Coleman Company Ltd. (Times Group). Currently, he is working as a management consultant and advisor and is an independent director on the Board of the publicly listed company Calcom Vision Ltd.
